I believe our water company gave us the same notice. I didn't remember reading anything about reptiles-- only fish because they are living in it-- because I, too was concerned. It seems inevitable that they would have some contact here because of the bathtime etc. I could start using bottled water for drinking, but they really don't drink much-- I already use it on top of their salads, but their greens are originally washed under the tap-- so I wonder if it is already contaminated. Also, the filtered water we buy may be the same water only filtered in such a way that it still contains chloramine (let me know what you find out because I am curious myself)
