about breeding season?

Hi there! I live in California and my Ig has been going through some testosterine filled days lately~~ He is not so aggressive to me~~ mostly he has been going after our cats~ Except for the last couple of days~~ He has seemed really sleepy~??? He seems to be eating okay~~His food intake has been down since he has been in breeding season~~ But his tail is nice and fat so should be fine! Maybe he is going out of season now??? He just was being so lazy yesterday it had me wondering~~ I had him on my lap and he had dozed off and even let me do his claws without even waking up~~ Usually he gets irritated with me fussing over him!LOL~ Thanks in advance for any advice!
