Zoe... post egging update

Well, the count stopped at 42. Zoe seems to be doing well. She is now skin & bones but has started to eat 2 large plates a day again. :) THAT is such a relief in itself, I cant even tell you!
She has to see the vet in 2 weeks for an exam & I think he said he wanted to Xray again to make sure there was no leftover eggs. I was a nervous wreck the whole time... I can only imagine what my poor baby experianced.
Turns out that at 5 or 6 yrs of age... this is her 1st time laying eggs... she knew what to do... (even though she picked my bed as her nest). Now... next year I will be more prepared.
Phew!
