It could be a green iguana and have a problem . The only iuana I know of that could be called black and white would be a Turks Iguana ( Cyclura carinata )however this is a VERY rare species around 15,000 . They are grey to black on there body and they have white spines This iguana is NOT leagel to have outside of the Turks and Caicos islands and they are not even legal to keep as pets there . Anybody got any other ideas ??
