Hmm...Do they taste like chicken or veal ?

If it's chicken then they're just plain ol' green iguanas - or maybe those nifty "Blue Diamond" ones... Sometimes you can tell if you suck on the tip of their tail for awhile or give them a good lick on the top of their head.. ..Otherwise it can be hard to tell unless you grill'em. Sauteing kind of muddles the flavor and makes it hard to tell...And it gets totally lost if you bread and fry them...

Now if they taste like veal then you really DO have some rare iguanas on your hands... Take good care of them....And don't let the wings get stuck in your teeth...They're a pain to dig out...;)
