Chuck insists he is a boy. But... Just to be sure, I will take a pic of his femoral pores tonight for the whole iguana world to see. I guess I might want a second opinion... In the event that we all agree he is indeed a boy, well just dont say anything about his girlish figure anymore!!

About the blinds... I usually have the blinds on the left side of the window in the closet instead of on the window LOL. I did this because chuck would always stick his head under them and mess them all up. I could have made the perch a little lower, but this was just the easiest for ME. I know, we are supposed to be more concerned with what will be best for our iguanas, but in this case, I was doin something nice for the lil bug, thought he would appreciate it!! That blind will probably come off anyway, and there will be the two lower levels added soon, so no prob! Good eye though :-)

I have yet to anchor anything to the walls or floor... it is actually quite stable, since the pillars measure 5"x12". I may put some outriggers on it though for more climbing space.

LOL
Mark

: Mark it looks great! About the only thing I would have done differently is maybe made if slightly shorter so Chuck could look out the windows with the blinds up. From your pic, by the time you raise the blinds, Chuck won't be able to see outside.

: Did you somehow anchor the posts to the wall or floor for stability? Also, I think you need to somehow tilt the TV up towards the perch so Chuck does not strain his neck. LOL

: Like BJ stated, are you sure that Chuck isn't a female? Her/his jowls are not enlarged and she/he is "shaped" more like a girly ig.
