I have looked at a few book stores for that book and havent found it, I plan to order it online soon but right now cant. Yes I was VERY careful giving her the water, she sucked it out of the syringe I really didnt "Squirt" it forcibly down her throat. On the ears LOL, I really knew what they were as hubby had said that to me last night I was just in a state of Shock I guess, Im honeslty not as stupid as my post sounded I was just upset and still scared when I posted that. Yes it was scary, Luckily I didnt panic, With three kids im use to chocking happenings, but didnt have a clue if you could do the hemlic (sp) on an iggy. Shes doing fine today. With my confusion on the ears there were the clear circles and then the green ones, I was figuing the clear ones were the ears but wasnt exactly positive, I think I have the other parts figured out LOL, especially those teeth LOL.
: HI Christy
: You should really pick up Iguanas for Dummies bu M. Kaplan or J. Hatfields "The ultimate iguanas owners manual" - it has diagrams with the igs body parts. It is very important to know what area of the body is what. : )
: Glad to hear Double D is better.
: BTW, a human can drown with a teaspoon of water... I suspect that an ig can drown with .4cc as well... be careful when doing that.
: Phew... another scary situtation! I know I wouldve paniced too.
: Hugs,
: Kimberley
