Does this apply to Philadelphia Too???? I'm kidding, but...Your right though.....exotic pets have come to a point where they are way too easy to get a hold of. They SHOULD make you get a license for alot of these exotics. It's cruelty to animals. They are not at all easy to care for and even the most skilled people can have trouble.
