There will be those that swear by both of those. Personally, we don't advocate using any one "diet", "salad" or anything else. We feel that variety really is the key to a healthy iguana. Not to mention one that doesn't get bored with it's food. Picture yourself being able to only eat 4 or 5 things each day every day for the rest of your life. Even BBQ and grits would get old after awhile....;)~
Study up on what acceptable and recommended fruits and veggies are for igs. That way you'll be broadening your knowledge and ensuring that you'll be feeding your iguana a well rounded, safe, nutritious and even entertaining diet.
