Us Yankees, sure as heck don't know.......and really don't care about grits........either!!!!
We're kinda proud in the midwest....for knowing what is "really" beef..........none of this, southern want to be "stuff" they call 90% lean beef LOL.
And as far as BBQ sauce............I take it, you have never been in the midwest...........or you must like the BBQ stuff with vinegar in it...YUCK.
