I think my desert iguana laid eggs but I'm not sure???

I just got two desert iguanas and can't seem to find any information about desert iguana breeding. There are two little yellowish-white egg like things that one of my desert iguanas laid and I don't knnow if there eggs? I have no idea what to do with them. I haven't touched them. I even asked the place where i got thw desert iguanas from and they don't know what to say. Can somebody please help me I don't want the eggs (if they are) to die.
