It would be best if you are driving straight through? Poop her before you start. I have moved mine in a large cardboard box. They can't beat themselves up too bad in one. I would put a towel or two in there also and provide a little ventilation but still keep it dark as possible so that she will remain calm. The temp should not be a problem. Dress like it is summer and keep the car warm, around 80. If she is very tame you could let lay in the sun if she will. Warm her up and get her settled in as soon as you arrive.
