To answer your question. Yes they do. They are called respritory infections and they are caused by bacteria, and are often brought on by improper temperatures which lower the iguanas immune system, making it much more suseptable to them. However, I suspect that your Iguana is most probably fine, as "sneezing" is a normal bodily function that they constantly do in order to expel nasel salts. Look at the glass on his enclosure, and you will see the white spray deposites that are the result of his "sneezing".
