New iggy, few Q's

i just a baby iggy today.. i think it's a girl but im not sure..anyways..her tail has some kind of lump on the outside of it and its got unshedded skin on it.. and some other parts kinda look liek shes been fighting with other iggys.. im not sure but anyways.. should i worry about this bump? it kinda looks liek a scare..ill try and get a pic soon..please repley.. and also i was wondering what kinds of foods babys like.. thanx! bye
