Did you take a FRESH fecal sample in to the vet to check for parasites? Iguanas don't all grow at the same speed, but if yours isn't growing at all he could be ill.

I'm not sure if you are going by your sight alone or if you are measuring and weighing him every month and recording these figures. Sometimes it's hard to notice when you see them everyday but suddenly you realize they are twice the size they used to be. Keep a growth/weight chart to see.
