Just from looking at your enclosure pics my immediate guess would be that she somehow got a carpet fiber caught in a claw. Of course that's just a guess. Make sure you keep an eye on any carpet in her enclosure and examine it occassionally for fraying.....Hope she's doing well otherwise. Yes, the cornstarch should have worked just fine....;)
