Showing Green on tail and spikes growing msg ? on going out

: Double D is looking better and better. Shes shedding again (will she ever stop LOL, but Seriously good sign shes growing enough to shed alot). Her tail the part that had us worried is showing green on the underneath and some small green spots on teh affected area. We are rubbing it as the vet felt that part of her tail problem was from broken blood vessels from previouse injuries and built up skin. We are working on her tail with massage baths and lots of attention. She has regrown a few small spikes on her tail Also. Shes doing so wonderful :o). Ill take some more pics and measurements after I find the measureing tape, shes growing so much thats she no longer fits in just one hand her body hangs over it now :o). Can you tellim one happy iggy mom. Also what temps are okay to take her outside in??
