Hi J,
Yes, we do use a stainless steel bowl for Bobbit and Habib and have had no problems with it "rusting" the collards or other vegetables. But because it's lightweight, the iggies have a tendency to knock it over, spilling the food all over the place. Big mess, almost daily. Not fun.(Plus, it's quite wasteful.)So, after reading about how others use deep dish ceramic pie plates etc, I'M thinking of switching over to something similar to what's been posted already today.
