You can try it but I'd be willing to bet that at the very least you risk traumatizing at least one if not both animals. Igs can be very territorial as the grow and can do a fair amount of damage when they want to. Someday (QUITE soon) your ig will have possibly outgrown the cham. Then you've got even more to worry about. Personally, for the health and well being of both I'd house the iguana seperately. Of course, hindsight being 20/20, this question probably should have been asked before the iguana arrived if you currently don't have another place to keep the ig.....Hopefully you're not strapped for space for the ig because you're going to need it in a hurry as it grows...
