No problem.
As you posted the cool area is 80, so the ig has a choice. Also, realistically, it gets A LOT hotter than 90 in the direct sun in their natural range, so 100 basking spot won't hurt a bit.
I actually have maintained 110 in my igs basking spots for years, and they LOVE it! As long as they can get cooler if they want anything around there is perfectly acceptable.
