A 29 gallon aquarium is not large enough to allow for varient temperature and the iguana will have a difficult time self regulating if they can do it at all. It will be difficult to rig up a UV source and a basking/heat source in such a small area.
A 29 gallon will barely last you a few months with an iguana and is not a wise choice. The smallest aquarium, if you MUST use one, is a 55 gallon.
