My personal opinion is to not go the Iguana way! They require alot of time and attention (if you expect a semi tame one)! And most dont get to the point where you can hold and love them, like most people want to do! They require a great deal of space and a great deal of care into their diet! Of course this is just my opinion by experience!!!!! I am currently trying to find a good home for my 2 year old ig, which I must say is pretty difficult!! If you are going to get an iguana, I would have to agree with xta, in getting a juvenile or adult from a rescue program! There are so many out their in need of homes!
