just glad you haven't been feeding really *bad* things like cat food, etc!!!! romaine lettuce isn't "bad", it just isn't "good" stuff either ~ no nutrient or calories ... (and btw, most of my coworkers are doctors and nurses and *they* didn't know that either so don't feel bad!!! *grin*)

the others gave you good links ~ i like Jen Swofford's (Basking Spot) diet info the best (iZ does too!)

forget the supplement sprays and forget the dry iguana food!!! they're not all they claim to be and most igs don't like 'em anyway ~ nice crisp dark green collards are sooooo much better!!!

one thing to realize tho ~ there is *alot* of debate in the ig-lovers world on just *What Is* a good diet and some things (like spinach!) we disagree on whether it's "good" or "not-so-good" for igs ... you have to do alot of reading and research and decide for yourself on some things ...
