Gwanny needs loving home

Hello...

my name is Amanda. I have an iguana that i need a home for. My boyfriend is moving and cannot take Newport with him, and my apartment does not allow pets. I've been looking for a place for him for some time now and have not had any luck. My last option is having him put to sleep which i can't bring myself to do. Newport is 5 1/2 years old, nearly 4 ft long, and male. He was hand-raised and paper trained and has never bitten or harmed anyone. He's very healthy and has never been sick. He loves children and for some reason takes a liking to women immediately. I need to place him within the next week or so. I know this is short notice, but circumstances could not prevent it. If you are interested, or at least considering, and can provide a truely, truely loving home I would be willing to give him to you as long as we could possible arrange for a drop off or pick up. I currently live in Champaign, IL and spend some time in Chicago, IL. Please let me know as soon as possible. Feel free to call 217-367-1319 9am-11pm CST.
