Few questions about this board? Any moderate Please read

First I really LOVE this board its great. On to my questions. I have tried to find but havent yet, Is it allowable to link to this board from my new website about my iggy? If so can you use the banner at the top to link it from my site? (I know how to do this but asking to make sure its allowable on this end). Also I am almost done with my site and when finished would like to invite everyone here to come and take a look at it, I read the rules that states you arent allowed to do that sort of post, is there a way acceptable to the board to announce it being completed ? YOu can email me at the address above. I appreciate it and Hope you dont mind me posting this cant find an email address to send this to you as email. Thanks again
