I hear that! :) I go through aboutt 60 lbs of veggies (inc greens) per week right now. It would not be so bad though if these green monsters would occasionally express just a little gratitude, instead of this "Greener Than Thou" attitude I get.

: That amount of food wouldn't feed my crew for one meal!!! I remember the days when a weeks worth of ig food would fit in my fridge....now I can fit a day's worth. I had to buy a second fridge to hold the extra. It takes me about 1 hour to prepare greens for one meal...the shredded veggies I do a week's worth at a time and it takes about 2 hours. It's getting pretty expensive to feed these guys with the price of greens lately.
