Chuck really isnt very picky. The greens get a little mushy, but he eats it just the same. In 2 weeks, you have little to worry about as far as losing nutritional value. My idea here is if it works, go for it. I dont have time to cut fresh vegetables every day, especially when my ig eats in the morning, and again in the afternoon.

: Are you freezing these salads? No way would our 5 iguanas eat mushy greens.
