Hi Dave,
I just answered over there. For cyclura we've always had luck on grade 3 vermiculite at 1:1 with water, by weight. We usually go around 85 - during studies we use 3 temps and humidities - all worked well. Water is added through incubation, except the last 2 weeks.. In the future I may try perlite as I trust it more. Cyclura seem to be pretty easy to incubate though.
