I usually feed mine twice per day-- morning and late afternoon. Every weekend I buy a few types of greens like (mustard, turnip, collard, escarole, dandelion, watercress) and then the next week I'll buy the few I didn't buy the week before (mix and match) plus different squashes, peas, green beans, fruits each week. Then you use mostly the big leafy greens with a bit of squashes & other beggies cut up or shredded small mixed in with the greens and put a little sprinkling of fruit throughout it. What everyone seems to stress is VARIETY here. You wouldn't want to eat the same thing all the time, so be creative.

Today Sleestack had watercress, turnip greens, escarole, zuchinni, and blueberries in the morning. This evening he had collard greens with strawberries, sweet potato and squash. He likes a change during the day, but especially appreciates me changing the veggies (at least some of his main greens) every week. I ran out of some of my greens so tomorrow he'll be stuck with all collard greens, squashes, and fruit until I get to the market Saturday!

You really can't go wrong if you stick with the good veggies and mix and match a lot!
