Well (i am NO expert as I am a new iguana owner myself) I would think it could be many things...first things that come to mind are not only was she not cared for properly, but the move might have stressed her out...
Another is maybe she is about to lay eggs. And is looking for a suitable place.
I would think that patience and daily "iguana time" WILL help, even if it takes awhile. A trip to the vet could rule out any medical reasons as well.
