Different Species Breeding

Hello!
I recently got an e-mail froma lady suspecting that her rhino iggy (F) has bred with her green ig(M), and thinks that she is going to lay eggs. Can these two speciea have offspring? She has not seen definate coupulation, so this is going to have to be a "wait and see" situation. But she doesn't want to care for the eggs if they aren't fertile.

I have no Idea about this situation... SO, I am coming here to see if you guys can help.
