I was just looking at the Zoo Med site and reading up on their 5.0's... THEY recommend replacing the lights on a YEARLY basis as they will last for up to 1 1/2 years - according to them. Who's got any difinitive info citing that these UV sources need to be replaced every 6 months ? I'm in a p**sy mood this morning and feel like taking it out on someone....;)~
BTW, I'm waiting for a return phone call from the Vit. D/Skin & Bone Research Lab at Boston University.
