Solar Glass?

In an aquarium catalogue, I saw something called "Solar Glass". The catalogue says that it is glass that allows UV rays to pass through and is used in their "lizard cages" for this reason. Has anyone heard of this, and if so, is there any merit to these claims? Thanks.
