: It depends on the Iguana . Speedy was very tame and went everywhere with me he would just follow me . You must be sure of the relationship between you and your iguana BEFORE you try this . Many iguanas do not like a harness . You must be very careful with using a harness I have seen many broken leggs and many a scar covered owner . If you iguana sees a tree he is going to want to climb to the top if you try to stop him he could realy hurt ya . Start in your yard for a few min at a time with the harness to see how he is going to behave if you feel ok and he is ok with it then little walks until you are sure he is used to it . I have also found that talking to him at home and while out will make him calm down .
: Good luck
