I have a sneaky feeling that there are about as many different meanings to headbobs as there are Eskimo words for snow. As far as bobbing at her reflection, easiest guess is that it was territorial - warning off the "other" lizard. The bobs while she's sitting on you....Anybody's guess... Could be telling you that she's happy up there, could be telling you that she doesn't want to be petted just then. Heck, Dharma starts shudderbobbing as soon as I put a hand in her tank. If I try to scratch her she literally kicks my hand away. But then once she comes out she's absolutely fine.....
I would think that the best thing to do would just be to take note of when they happen and what you two are doing at the time. Watch her posture. See just how upset or defensive she's getting. If you have any forebodings about her biting try presenting a flat part (back ?) of you hand in a closed fist instead of possibly giving her something to latch onto if she DOES decide to try and chomp.... IF she keeps bobbing and ating up just let her be for awhile to settle down.
For some reason, my largest ig Mel, has taken to sitting on my shoulders again. Any idea how hard it is to sit here and type with a 4' lizard sitting your head ?...LOL
Sounds like things are going well otherwise....;)
