last week and I emailed KS's webmaster (Jeff). He told me it was AOL. I then contacted AOL. Naturally, they did not respond, but later that day, our problems stopped.

Try copying the URL to this forum and pasting it in your internet explorer. That's what we had to do for the most of last week.
