I took the fixture out and checked it over. I couldn't even get the bulb to flicker. I think I was just not screwing it in all the way even though I would swear I was. I made sure I wiped off all of the fingerprints and screwed it in with a tissue over it too so that it wouldn't blow out. Thanks, Russell.
