if you were me or I was you, I'd be making an appointment with a good herp vet. It could be a number of things, but parasites jump to mind. Could be kidney problems, could be a bazillion different things. Its very very hard to say and a qualified vet needs to determine what is going on with her.

Make an appointment and take along a fresh (no more than an hour or two old) fecal sample and I would highly recommend a blood panel.

The problem with reptiles are, they hide illness very well. Sometimes they can be really really sick before anyone notices. Please take her in and have her checked out.
