Habib is biting--hard!

At first, it seemed like Habib might like having another iguana in the house to keep her company, but between yesterday and today all she can do is bite him. She's becoming increasingly hostile to him, and I've even removed him from her area so he won't be bitten anymore. They really aren't getting along. They "napped" together the first day, but ever since then she's taken to biting him.
Do you think this will pass? Or should I start looking for a more permanent home for him?
Those of you who have experience with iguana adoptions/rescues, can you please post whether or not you think her aggressiveness will pass?
