at least two months ago. I take Baby out every day three to four times now. Before the bite, it was maybe twice. I am constantly talking to him and reaching in to pet him in his territory. I know the signs to watch for and the angle to come in from, but there is still the chance of another bite. It goes with the territory. He has gotten much better, but i'm sure that has to do with being the tail end of breeding season.
Just a humorous note....I teach piano and have several students come through the house so I've decided to laminate a sign with these words on it and stick it to the frame of the enclosure;
"If you value the life of your finger, you will not try to handle me with out the permission of my Mommy or Daddy". Especially since a few weeks ago, one of my older students decided to poke around Baby's hide spot to get him to come out so he could pick him up.....well, you can guess what happened next! Anyway, his finger's fine. Christy, how's your finger doing, by the way? Well, I'm rambling AGAIN!!! Take care J
