Feeling blue

I don't know, Yago looks worse today. Had a beautiful, sunshiny day and took him out for about one and a half hours. He looks around and gets a little feisty but can't hold on to branches with his hind legs. He sort of flops them when he tries to walk. His back legs look so thin, with no muscle in them. :(
I can't stop thinking about a broken back. Could he move his legs a little bit if his back was broken? I want x-rays but don't know if they're bad for him. Added Miner All-I to his food today but he wants nothing to do with it. I know this takes time, but it breaks my heart to watch him and think that it didn't have to be this way. L.
