You said you were feeding Yago beet leaves, or beet greens. I used to feed them to Habib also,--in the beginning--but later found out that they aren't good for iguanas. Can anyone out there substantiate this information for me? I can't remember *why* beet greens aren't so good to feed, I just remember that they were on more than one "bad" list I came across. Ws it the high oxalates in them?
Anyway, I just thought I'd pass on what I remember.
The other stuff you're feeing all sounds good--I've been looking for "nopales" myself, because of the high calcuim content, but I can't seem to find them here in Utah.
