things as collards, mustard greens, turnip greens, squash, snow peas, pole beans, green beans, green pepper, cilantro, parsley, etc. The greens should be your main staple, and plenty of vegies to top it off. I make sure to slice my harder veggies very thin. Cut the thicker veins and stems out of the collards to prevent choking or an impaction. Cut the beans and snow peas in half lengthwise, then slice thinly. A friend of mine knows someone whos Ig choked on Green beans. They were late for work and didn't take time to cut them up and just threw them in the salad. He got three or four stuck in his throat and suffocated. Make sure if you feed squash or grapes that the skin is removed and that there are no seeds. Always better to be safe than sorry! Enjoy! Who knows, you may even like to adopt one for yourself! There are plenty available! *wink* Feel free to email or post again if you have further questions. Good luck! J
