First and most important thing......since you live in Mexico, get your iguana outside in the sun ASAP!! What your iguana has gotten is MBD signs from the care of the pet store. If you can get Collard greens, feed these to your iguana as much as possible and I would recommend Calcium powder twice a week for the next few months.
Have you done a fecal exam on your iguana? If not, I also recommend you do this soon too. Living in poor conditions at the store is a sure way of having a better chance of picking up parasites. But above all, I would get your iguana outside on sunny days as much as possible. Use some kind of cage to keep him in during his outside time and much sure he doesnt' overheat while out there. Any temperatures over 80 degrees and clear skies, you should be providing plenty of shade for your iguana too.
Best wishes,
HD
