Carol, here are a few suggestions:
First, remove the heat rock. They are a real hazard to iguanas. They frequently lose thier thermal regulation ability, and serious, often fatal burns to the Ig result. Igs need heat from above, not by hugging a heatrock. The heat mat is OK if it is under the enclosure and the Ig cannot come into direct contact with it.

Diet is the other problem. Most on this forum will agree (I hope) that the dry food is really not the best for the Ig. It's ok as a suppliment, but not as the main source of food. Also, watercress is mostly water, not much nutrition. Cabbage is too high in some elements which can, long term, be harmful.

A good diet would be 70-75% greens (collard, mustard, turnip, dandelion), 15-20% other veggies (shredded butternut squash, green beans, snow pea pods, a little sweet potato, endive) and 5% (or less) occasional fruit, (raspberries, strawberries, figs) or ocasional bread bits, maybe a little shredded green pepper. Diet is something you have to read extensively about, and draw some of your own conclusions. What I have listed here is what we might feed on any one day, but not every day. Neither is it all inclusive.

Here are a couple of websites with diets:

Now the last thing: Has Jonni Honda changed color rapidly or slowly? Does he still react normally? Only you can decide if he needs a vet, but do not hesitate if there is any question. Hope this helps.
