I am not sure...
She may be reabsorbing her eggs, she may just be exhausted from the whole ordeal. Keep her eating high clacium foods since females pose a high risk of getting MBD during gradivity. Maybe keeping her in her cage so that she stays warm during gradivity. It sounds like a better option to keep her not as queenly and safe, instead of queenly, and pose a risk to complications.
