IF they are getting proper light from heat lamps above them. Either way you should never use a hot rock.
: Iguanas also require belly heat to aid in digestion. Belly heat may be provided by "HOT ROCKS", "HEAT PADS" (under the tank), Heat Tape or Ceramic Heat Emitters directed over a flat rock. If belly heat is not provided the iguana will be unable to carry out proper digestion.
