In this state Inland fisheries and wildlife departmant does it . You need a parmit to have an Iguana there is a grandfather clause for one you have had for three years or more . You also need a permit to do rescue and you suposed to make sure that anybody that you adopt out to have a permit . However this is all they have done so far I know of no plans to enforce any of this in private hands .
