There is a much cheaper and better way to buy permetherin! Most local feedstores should have it and you can buy it in a small container at full strength~if i recall it was about 6 bucks~ It is great and safe for reptiles as long as you dilute it! It has instructions for diluting it on the bottle. I have found the smallest amount works wonders!! I had a mite infestation in one of my snake inclosures and all you have to do is take the pet out of the cage and clean out and spray the cage~~ making sure not to get it in the water/food bowls. You just have to wait until the inclosure is dry and then you can put the reptile back in the cage. Any mites that are on the pet will have to drop off after feeding and will die shortly after. It takes about a week to a week in a half BUT there will be no more mites after that! I treated a year ago and they have never come back! yeah!!
