It is impossible to tell you what you have. It could be an infection (cyst like). It could be fungus (black skin), mites (red) and a solid calcium tumor. We had a sample taken on Felix's dewlap and sent to a lab. It was inconclusive. He is fine.

My vet has a web page if your vet needs a contact on who to sent a biopsy to. Otherwise, maybe we can find you a vet within 2 or 3 hours for this weekend.
